£35,000 - £40,000 + 33 Days Paid Holiday, 16% Pension, Healthcare
Leicestershire - commutable from: Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Whetstone, Wigston, Lutterworth, Market Harborough,
Monday - Friday / Days (37.5Hours per week)

This company are a world-renowned leaders within their industry & have offices in over 25 countries. They are now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 5 - 10 Engineers.
This is a hands on role where you will be on the shopfloor leading/motivating the team and meeting production targets whilst upholding all health and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading small production teams within a manufacturing environment and looking for a role that offers progression into a senior management role within 2 -3 years with further training & development opportunities.

The Role:
- Provide guidance and direction to the production floor personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with my clients policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate daily production activities and delegate assignments to production personnel. Control costs and OT budgets by assuring effective use of all resources, materials, and personnel.
- Ensure product/service quality through proper utilization of resources and adherence to applicable standards/controls. Monitors and enables internal and external customer satisfaction.
The Candidate:
- Production Supervisor with prior experience in leading/supervising small production teams
- Engineering / Manufacturing background
- Happy to be hands-on when required
