€100,000 - €120,000 + Up to 10% Bonus + Car + Holiday + Pension + Phone + Laptop + Extra Benefits


Excellent Opportunity for a commercially driven specialist within the field of Green Hydrogen to join a global company and lead the sales function for a high growth area of their European operation long term.

This company have a worldwide presence and are split into multiple subsidiaries with one common aim - To provide green energy solutions to a wide variety of industries for different applications. As a result of continued growth, they are looking for a Head of Sales for their Green Hydrogen technology division to support growth in this emerging market. Long term this role will turn into a leadership position where you will grow a team around you.

The role involves a diverse nature of sales and technical work as you will be leading negotiations and agreements but also providing the technical trainings to work closely with product development and other business units.

While being international, the Hydrogen business unit is well organized, with a great sense of pride in what they do. The team have big goals of being the market leader in the hydrogen technology and the position gives a clear quick path to directorship.

The Role:

  • Lead of all sales strategies in Hydrogen Solutions in Europe
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve huge business unit goals
  • Contract negotiation, key account and profitability work
  • Opportunity to step into director role


The Person:

  • Must have experience in Hydrogen technology and strong technical knowledge
  • Engineering educated within transferable discipline
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Self starter capable of working independently with aspiration to grow a team around them
  • Willing to travel to meet clients and industry events
