Communications & Marketing Manager
£45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits + Hybrid + 7.5% Pension + Holiday + Fixed Term 12 Month Contract

This company are a specialist provider of protective equipment for the military, emergency services and first responders, and have a history that stretches back well over a century. Market leaders in their field, the company has a drive for technical excellence which is reflected in the quality of their product range. Due to the recent release of new cutting-edge products, they are looking to hire additional talent to join their team of experts, and help further improve their standards of service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing or Communications professional to take on a management position and help guide the ongoing success of the marketing division. You will be responsible for all manners of communications, with a particular focus on internal communications, but also promoting the company's communications and marketing strategy and managing a small team.
This role would suit someone with a strong foundation of experience in the Communications or Marketing field, looking to bolster their career by taking on a rewarding role on a fixed term contract basis, with the potential scope for permanent work after the contract period if desired.
The Role:
- Will cover both Internal and External communications at times, with a particular focus on Internal and employee engagement
- Hybrid role, however an office presence for an initial onboarding period will be required
- Fixed-term contract role for a period of 12 months, 36.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
- Experience in a Communications or Marketing role
- Experience working with international teams and cultures and across different time zones would be beneficial
- A degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
