In this role, you will play a key part in managing and taking ownership of specific projects, managing self-perform crews and on-site operations to ensure high quality construction through to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious superintendent looking to progress into executive leadership within the industrial/manufacturing construction sector while advancing their management skills in a complex construction environment.
The Role:
- Take ownership of ground-up industrial and manufacturing construction projects.
- Provide leadership to self-perform crews while coordinating between project stakeholders.
- Planning and scheduling on-site construction activities and meetings.
The Person:
- Commercial or Industrial/Manufacturing General Construction Experience.
- 2+ Year's Superintendent Experience.
- Ambitious and Growth Orientated.
