High-End Properties Heating Engineer
Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair, Notting Hill
£50,000 - £65,000 + Holiday + Progression + High End Properties + Optional Overtime

My client, is a well-established company with over 10 years of experience specializing in the installation and maintenance of high-end heating systems in prestigious properties across London, including Chelsea, Mayfair, and Belgravia. They are a growing company with a strong focus on building a skilled and reliable team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve a variety of tasks for my client, including installing new heating systems from scratch in luxury residential properties, performing routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of heating system issues, and providing excellent customer service to high-net-worth clients.
This role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with high-net-worth clients in their prestigious homes. You must be able to represent yourself professionally and deliver outstanding customer service at all times. Essential qualifications include domestic gas tickets, while commercial gas qualifications are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer with the ability to handle all aspects of the role, including service, breakdown, repair, and installation.
The Person
- Hold relevant Gas Safe qualifications.
- Proven experience in domestic gas installations and servicing.
- Strong understanding of plumbing principles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex heating and plumbing issues.
The Role
- Install and service a variety of domestic gas appliances.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance on heating systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
- Work on high-end properties in prestigious locations.
