$100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + 3 Weeks PTO + Career Progression + 6% 401(k) + 80% Coverage of Healthcare + Training + Stock Plan

Are you a HR Manager from a manufacturing or production background looking to join a state-of-the-art organization operating at the forefront of their market?
Do you want the chance to create and implement positive change, develop new strategies and lead the HR function through a variety of projects?
In this leadership role you will form part of the global HR team and will be responsible for key HR function such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, employment law, culture development, health & safety, payroll and HRIS. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that align with the business goals, mission and values.
This role would someone who is looking to join a growing industry leader, offering variety, autonomy and the chance to make an immediate and positive impact.
The Position:
* Lead the HR Team through all aspects of human resources in a world leading manufacturing organization
* Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, health & safety, employment law, culture development
* Collaborate with global HR Teams and senior leader to accomplish new business goals and strategies

The Person:
* HR Manager
* Preferred background in manufacturing or production
* A Human Resources Degree or similar qualification
