This multinational company designs and manufactures technology for the automotive, aerospace, industrial and many other sectors. With worldwide presence, you will be joining a well-established market leader renowned for their quality and innovation. There is also the opportunity for job rotation to other divisions and locations is possible you meet performance standards. Due to expansion they are looking for a Lead Development Engineer in a brand new role for the site.
In this role you will be supervising a small, highly specialised engineering team, managing multiple projects and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will take a leading role on projects and ensure high standards in terms of quality safety and innovation. There will be occasional travel with the role (>10% of the year).
The ideal candidate for this position will be degree qualified and have a strong background in research and design of electromechanical products. You will be looking for a step up in terms of seniority and have lead projects previously. This role is for an international business so it is essential to speak English.

*Hybrid working - Based in Dijon
The Person
*Electromechanical Engineering industry experience.
*Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar
*Managed multiple projects at once
*Professional English language skills
