Maintenance Supervisor

Are you looking to a lead a maintenance team across a variety of projects at a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities?
Due to a recent internal promotion this organization is looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing or industrial setting to play a vital role in the department.
In this position you lead a team of 6 maintenance technicians to conduct preventative and reactive maintenance as well as troubleshoot and repair automated machinery, pumps, motors, rotating equipment alongside other leading edge production equipment. You will work closely with maintenance leadership and engineering teams on improvement project and planned shutdowns.

The Position:
* Lead a team of 6 maintenance technicians through reactive and planned maintenance activities
* Work across a variety of leading edge equipment such as rotating equipment, automated machinery, pumps, motors and purpose built equipment
* Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve plant performance
* Great company package on offer, with further career progression and a relocation package available
The Person:
* Maintenance Lead or Supervisor
* Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
* Mechanically skilled
