Production Manager

Are you a Production Manager looking to lead a market leading manufacturing organization offering a great company package, training and future career progression?
In this position you will manage union and non-union employees to plan and develop daily work schedules, plan and control budgets, establish and KPI's in line with GMP and food safety compliance. You will have a safety first attitude to monitor a variety of automated and manual production equipment, working collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager.

The Position:
- Manage the day to day production operations leading union and non-unions teams
- Plan and schedule daily production workflows
- Control budgets and ensure KPI's are being met in line with GMP and food safety compliance
- Work cross functionally with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure production equipment is maintained
The Person:
- Production Manager
- Manufacturing background (preferably in either refinery, food, chemical or pharma)
- Effective communicator and proven leadership experience
