US Head of Engineering
Groton, CT or Remote with high travel
$160,000 - $190,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays
Are you from an investment casting background, looking for a position where you will lead all engineering activities across multiple US locations?
Do you want to work for a global organization that is consistently expanding both their operations and product base, where you will take a lead role in the progression of the company?
This company designs and manufacturers products that are supplied into both commercial and government sectors around the world. With multiple locations in the US they are now looking for a US Head of Engineering to report directly to the president of the company.
In this role you will be responsible for all engineering activities across multiple locations such as the manufacturing, design, quality and technical departments. You will lead a large cross functional team to support a guide them to support the future growth of the organization. You will be involved in multiple projects, drive technical improvements, streamline manufacturing and CAPEX projects.
You will be a Senior Manager with extensive knowledge of investment casting techniques. You will hold a degree, have broad knowledge of manufacturing and LEAN six sigma techniques and be looking for a lead position within an organization.

The Role:
- Reporting directly to the US President
- Lead and direct all engineering across multiple US locations
- Support departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, Design and Technical
- Maximise productivity, efficiency, and profit across all locations
The Person:
- Extensive background in investment castings for aerospace or automotive
- Hold a degree in an engineering discipline
- Knowledge of manufacturing and continuous improvements
- Lead and managed large cross functional teams
