Devon - Commutable from Exeter, Taunton.

Up to £32,000 + 10% Bonus + Industry Leading Training + Progression + Healthcare and Wellbeing + Pension + Increasing Holiday Allowance

Are you an organised and customer facing candidate, looking to step into an account manager role where you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction?

My client specialises in offering bespoke Biomass boiler systems to commercial properties UK wide. From inception to completion - they are industry leading and take pride in their commitment to providing a brilliant service, while contributing to a net zero future.

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with the aftercare for key clients. From coordinating servicing and maintenance, to ensuring client retention - this is a varied role where you will contribute to providing brilliant customer service.

This is the perfect role for someone who is motivated to learn about technical systems and has proven experience in providing a brilliant service and ensuring customer satisfaction - looking to work within a future proof industry.

The role -

  • Managing client accounts to ensure their service and maintenance needs are met.
  • Providing a brilliant service in relation to technical support on their systems.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to coordinate repairs.
  • Upselling products and services and maintaining client retention.
  • Accurate record keeping and company wide communication.

The Candidate -

  • Proven experience in client facing, customer service roles.
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
  • Willing to train into technical information on biomass boilers to provide support to clients
  • Contribute to the company goals of providing a brilliant service and maintain their industry leading status.
