This well-established multidisciplinary consultancy specialise in offering a range of services to various sectors within the construction industry including Education, Residential and Healthcare with further projected growth in all areas. Operating in multiple areas in the UK, this consultancy pride have seen great success which is expected to excel due to their strong pipeline of work. Now they are looking for an Associate Director of Building Surveying to head up and grow the Building Surveying division in the Birmingham office.
In this role you will be based from the Birmingham office and assume position of Associate Director of Building Surveying. You will be responsible for running and managing the team, ensuring compliance with company processes as well as technical, quality and H&S standards. You will liaise with clients as well as delivering schemes where your work load will be split 70% managerial/leadership to 30% technical and delivery of projects. You will also resource plan, support in business development and internal recruitment and growth for the division.
This role is suited to a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director with experience in the commercial/residential sectors with strong commercial acumen, leadership and managerial traits and the drive to oversee and develop a team to contribute to company success and growth.
