Are you a manager from an agricultural / engineering background, looking to join a specialist business where you will have full autonomy and the opportunity to improve and implement changes in order to grow the branch?
On offer is the chance to lead a skilled team whilst having the opportunity to put your own stamp on the branch whilst being invested in industry-specific training.

You will take the technical lead, help grow a specialist team and become a leading manager whilst also developing and maintaining key client relationships.
This role would therefore suit someone with management experience looking for full autonomy and the opportunity to Mold the branch for a well-established organisation.
