The Role:
- Assist with the preparation of design documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Learn to review drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Access to comprehensive training and development, including CADD-specific training required annually, with clear career progression paths to a Designer role.
The Candidate:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit; previous coursework or basic experience is acceptable.
- High school diploma required; technical CADD degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and willing to develop drafting skills and progress to a Designer role.
