Capital Project Engineer
$115,000 - $125,000 + Company Bonus (15%) + Relocation Package + Healthcare + 401k + PTO + Benefits

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree and background in construction management or capital project delivery, looking for a technically interesting role within a growing business.
The Role:
- Lead construction and capital projects across the US for manufacturing plants
- Provide mechanical engineering support and problem solving for capital and maintenance projects - focused on safety, efficiency and reliability
- Oversee budgets, schedules and project delivery including construction, commissioning and handover
- Conduct engineering reviews of project plans, drawings, materials, and installations
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver projects
- Office-based with regular US travel (up to 50%), with a focus in the South East
The Person:
- Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial etc.)
- Experience in construction management or capital projects - whether it is managing projects from scratch, revamping, or updates etc.
- Able to read mechanical, civil, and structural drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently
