This company is one of the world's largest manufacturers and developers of wind power and one of the top 3 companies in the industry in the UK. They are continuing their development of multi-million pound projects for onshore wind with the vision of increasing operations and extensive work force in providing renewable energy solutions for global power.
In this role you will work alongside the service teams and be responsible for the resolution of contract or warranty related challenges that may arise with various stakeholders. Contributing to the team´s success by collaborating with all the stakeholders to maintain and improve the claim management and operational processes in the regional organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a supplier contract and tender processes background within a large organization and passionate about renewable energy.
The role:
- Responsible for the complete end-to-end handling of claims processes for supplier warranty and customer defects for UK & Ireland. Maintaining strong supplier relationships and tracking of supplier warranties. Supporting of Improvement Initiatives from investigation to implementation
- Head office Manchester
- Willingness to travel when required
The person:
- Experienced Claims Manager
- Background within Wind or Renewables industry highly desirable but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen
- Project management skills, able to work in a team
