Client Engagement Manager (Business Development)

$70,000 - $80,000 + performance bonuses

As we establish our first US offices, we're looking for an ambitious recruiter who will thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape our US Client Engagement team, directly impacting client success by driving new projects, enhancing partnerships, and playing an integral part in our US expansion.

The Role:

  • Client Engagement Manager
  • Progression opportunities to director

  • Hybrid working options after the first 6 months of full time office
  • Deliver Client Engagement strategy that supports growth, fosters a strong organisational culture, and aligns with brand objectives and processes
  • Liaise with the UK Client Engagement team and stakeholders to drive the business strategy, increase brand awareness and drive growth
  • Being a brand ambassador, representing Rise at networking events and client visits
  • Assisting our US Recruitment team win repeat business, win bids and PSL negotiations
  • Internal and external communications
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 17:00

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (must have BD experience)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly ambitious and goal driven
  • Client centric approach
  • Self-motivated and high level of attention to detail
  • Full driving license
