CNC Machinist - 2nd shift

In this position you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC Mills and Lathes, reading & interpreting blueprints, assembling cutting tools, performing measurements of parts for certain specifications, monitoring machine operations to detect and improve malfunctions, and keeping the machines and parts clean.
This position would suit someone that is looking for a permanent, stable CNC position, with an organization offering a full company package and benefits.
The Role:
- Operate and set CNC mills and lathes to produce a variety of aerospace products
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and planning sheets
- Assemble cutting tools
- 2nd shift position (4:30 pm - 12:30 am), Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
The Person:
- CNC Machinist with experience working on either mills or lathes
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential
- Trade School certification is a plus
