£20 p/h - £22 p/h + Days Based + Flexible Start/End + Overtime + Progression + Company Benefits
Southampton, commutable from: Fareham, Winchester, Eastleigh, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Havant, Eastleigh or surrounding areas

This company are at the forefront of their industry, manufacturing specialist equipment for blue chip clients across the globe. They are looking for a Team Leader to assist with their long term growth plans.
In this hands on role you will support the manufacturing of specialist equipment whilst also leading a team of Machinists at the company's state of the art, modern facility.
This role would suit a Machinist or Supervisor looking to step up into a Lead role with a market leader that provides specialist training and career progression into management.
The Role:
- Leading group of skilled Machinists.
- Manufacturing bespoke products for clients globally.
- Monday to Friday, days based.
The Person:
- CNC background - machining / programming.
- Supervisory / management experience desirable but not essential.
- Commutable to Southampton.
