Commercial Contract Manager - Hybrid Working
Salary: $80,000- $100,000 (DOE) + 26 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits + Hybrid Working

In this role, you will be based in the Sunrise office, where you will have the opportunity to join a great company culture during growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a vital member of the contract team. Your responsibilities will include evaluating bids, receiving and negotiating contract terms, creating job cost estimates for different trades, and maintaining subcontractor relations by ensuring performance is in line with the contract. This will be for their commercial division.

The role:
- Evaluating bids received and negotiating contract terms.
- Maintaining subcontractor relations.
- Creating job cost estimates.
- Hybrid working - 2 days working from home per week.
The Person:
- Previous experience in the commercial industry.
- Previous experience in contracts.
- Valid Driving License.
- US Work Authorization.
