Exciting Continuous Improvement Engineer position for someone looking to join a rapidly expanding manufacturer where you will be playing a pivotal role and be recognized as the go-to person within their department.

This is a fantastic position for someone who wants to work on technically challenging projects where you will be tasked to analyze, manage and improve the companies CI processes.

Due to a period of rapid growth, they are looking to bring on a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role you will be managing improvements within manufacturing processes, technical systems, equipment, and methods. You will be tasked with executing continuous improvement projects and will be collaborating with cross functional teams, alongside analyzing manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.

This role will therefore suit a Continuous Improvement Engineer from a manufacturing background, who has a proven track record of progressing and developing CI.

The Role:

• Managing improvements within manufacturing processes, technical systems, equipment, and methods
• Identify and define improvements within waste reduction, cost improvement and process reliability
• $100,000 $120,000 + Specialist Training + Promotion + Full Benefits

• Continuous Improvement Engineer
• Engineering degree
• Manufacturing background
• Continuous improvement background (5S, Kanban, SMED, 6 sigma or VSM)
• Proven track record of progressing and developing CI
