You will be responsible for completing on the project, closing contract negotiations, legal claims and litigation. After the 6-9 month close out, you will have the opportunity to move to their next groundbreaking infrastructure project.

The Role:
- Managing final contract negotiations and legal closeout processes
- Overseeing disputes, claims, and litigation to mitigate risk
- Working with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
The Person:
- Strong background in contract management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering
- Experience handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Available to work on-site in Miami
