Contracts Manager (Landscaping)
Chichester
£45,000 - £55,000 + Profit Share + Car + Fuel Card + Progression

This growing yet established landscaping company specialise in soft landscaping within the Residential and Commercial sectors. With their projects ranging from bespoke gardens to large housing developments. They offer a full bespoke service for their clients putting quality at the forefront of what they do. This has found them consistent success since their conception, this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and growing workforce with this exciting opportunity.
In this role you will have a number of responsibilities ranging from opening the sites at the start of the day and ensuring that all equipment and tasks are delegated to the on-site teams. You will monitor and manage both materials and labor on site. Additionally, you will also be checking projects to identify any variations and solve any problems when necessary. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be ensuring good communication with both in-house teams and clients to ensure the projects match the clients' specifications and quality.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Contracts or Project Manager with proven experience managing soft landscaping projects, and who also holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their different sites in the region.

The Role:
- Working on soft landscaping projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors
- Based in their office in Chichester
- Travelling to sites across Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Wiltshire
- Ensuring high standards of quality and Health and Safety

The Person:
- Contracts or Projects Manager with their SSSTS or SMSTS
- Proven experience on soft landscaping projects
- Based in their office in Chichester, with visit to sites in Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Wiltshire
- Full UK drivers license
