In this key role, you will manage multiple projects ranging from £200K to £1M, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, overseeing labor and subcontractors, and providing regular updates to the Directors. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project success and upholding the company's reputation for excellence.

The role
* Roofing Contracts Manager (Flat, pitched and Metal )
* Overseeing multiple roofing projects ensuring delivery on time and to budget
* Liaising with Site teams to monitor progress and report to the client
* Visiting sites ensure health and safety is adhered to.
* Subcontractor and labour management
The person
* Roofing background (Flat, pitched and Metal )
* Contracts or Project Management experience
* Proven experience managing multiple sites at once
* Experience liaising with clients and working alongside Commercial teams
* Good communication skills
* Full UK driving license - willing to travel to sites.
