$35 - $42 per hour + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

In this role, you'll oversee and direct the daily operation of boilers and turbine-generator systems, manage auxiliary equipment, and lead a shift team to ensure optimal and safe plant operations.

The Role:

  • Manage daily operations of boiler-turbine-generator systems and auxiliary equipment.
  • Direct shift personnel, including Turbine and Auxiliary Operators, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Monitor plant parameters and adjust operations as needed to maintain safe conditions.
  • Log equipment changes and record any abnormal conditions; assist with lockout/tag-out procedures.
  • Progression opportunities

The Candidate:

  • Experience in power plant operations, preferably as a CRO or Assistant CRO.
  • Knowledgeable in steam boilers, combustion theory, turbine-generators, and emissions monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of plant control loops, alarms, and operational procedures under various conditions.
