£45,000 to £50,000 + Company Car + Hybrid Working + Laptop + Benefits
Purfleet, Essex (Commutable from: Dartford, London, Dagenham, Chelmsford, Rainham)

Are you a Cost Estimator / Manager / Surveyor, looking to join a leading organisation, where you will play a pivotal role in their UK Civils projects and have chance to progress your career?

Part of an international engineering and logistics, the company is going from strength to strength. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a cost manager to their projects team.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and managing cost estimates for ongoing civils and infrastructure projects across two sites. You will meet regularly with senior management and customers with travel to multiple sites.

The Role:

  • Cost Manager
  • Manage estimates to ensure projects are delivered to budget
  • Communicate to stakeholders
  • Travel to Purfleet and occasionally to Lincolnshire

The Person:

  • Cost management / surveying background
  • Estimating experience
  • Experience of civils projects
  • Happy with travel.
