Director of Commercial - (Transmission & Renewable Energy Projects)
$150,000 - $200,000 DOE + Bonus up to 20% + Equity Options + Comprehensive Benefits Package

The Role:
- Lead the commercial strategy for large-scale transmission projects, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and long-term vision.
- Negotiate complex agreements (e.g., PPAs, BTA/DTA agreements, transmission agreements) with utilities, developers, and corporate partners.
- Work closely with finance, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure the financial viability of projects and the successful commercialization of transmission lines.
- Extensive training and development opportunities, with a clear pathway to more senior leadership roles within the company.
The Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in transmission, renewable energy, power markets, or utility industries.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close commercial agreements, such as PPAs, BTA/DTA agreements, and transmission service agreements.
- Strong leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
