Salary: $120,000 - $145,000+ (DOE) + Medical Benefits + PTO + Career Progression

In this role, you will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth office, where you will have an exciting opportunity to join a great company culture during growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a vital member of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing both pre-construction and construction phases, attending stakeholder and weekly report meetings, and carry out strategic decision making to ensure long term stability of the company. This position will be located at the office in Dallas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a director of construction or senior project manager to take on the next step of their career overseeing all phases on the big commercial construction projects around Dallas-Fort Worth. The role:
- Managing pre-construction and construction phases.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Carrying out budgets and strategic decision making.
The Person:
- Previous experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Previous experience as a director of construction or senior project manager.
- US Work Authorization.
