Are you a Manufacturing Manager from the aerospace industry, looking to step up into an executive leadership position with a thriving manufacturing organization? Are you looking to step into a role with comprehensive responsibility from shop floor operations, to sitting at the board?
On offer is a diverse role where you will have a variety of duties such as, managing shop operations, operators, programs and processes, while having a seat at the table of senior management, able to influence the company direction and trajectory.
This industry-leading organization, design, and manufacture niche products. Due to incoming projects, as well of a full logbook of orders, they are looking to bring in an Operations Manager to marshal a variety of specialized workshops.
This role would suit a manufacturing manager, from an aerospace background, looking for a role comprising versatile duties and job functions, with a rapidly growing, best-in-class manufacturer.
The Role:
- Managing a staff of ~50 personnel split across multiple specialized shops.
- Ensuring the smooth and optimal running of diverse manufacturing back shops.
- Part of executive senior management, with great influence on the direction of the company.
The Candidate:
- Operations Management experience from a manufacturing background.
- Aerospace/Aircraft background preferred.
- Eager to take on a varied role with the potential for increasing responsibility.
