This company is a large player in a booming industry with big goals, looking to build as many as 10 data centers before the end of next year.
As a sister company to an already established business, they are undergoing huge growth and have confirmed projects to facilitate further growth. This firm operates across a wide range of locations building large-scale commercial projects for high performance computing. Due to commencing a number of high value projects already on the go, they are looking continue their expansion and require a key individual to help make that happen.
In this role you will play an integral part in the company's growth, splitting your role between two key functions for this rapidly growing business: sourcing real estate opportunities for new projects alongside sources of energy supply. You will be tasked with increasing the company's data center infrastructure.

The Role:
- Sourcing properties that offer cost-effective energy solutions
- Market evaluation for potential sales to support growth plans
- Conducting full due diligence and market assessments
- Contract negotiations and title acquisition
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Energy / Real Estate background
- Previous experience conducting acquisitions
