$99,000 - $120,000 + Company Bonus (up to 15%) + Relocation Package + Progression + Training + Medical + 401k + PTO + Benefits

This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join them at their Louisiana site.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory skills with experience in an industrial / heavy manufacturing / maintenance environment.
This role would suit someone looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.
The Role:
- Leading your own team of 10 electricians
- Managing the electrical and instrumentation departments to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
- Supporting with troubleshooting and maintenance as required
- Monday to Friday, days based role (7am-4pm)
The Person:
- Industrial electrical experience
- Experience with PLC's
- Ideally from a maintenance background (industries including: plant, heavy, automotive, steel, agricultural etc.)
- Previous managerial / supervisory experience is preferred, however will consider someone with experience leading / overseeing 1-2 people
