Field Service Technician (Maritime / Boat / Vessel - Electro-Mechanical)

In this role, you will travel the world, ensuring compliance with regulations, inspecting and servicing electro-mechanical systems, performing repairs, installations, and working alongside skilled professionals in the field. All travel is fully expensed, with generous accommodation and competitive per diem pay.


This role would suit a Field Service Technician or Electro-Mechanical Technician who is diligent, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges while continuously learning and growing.

The role:


  • 60-70% travel (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean & other territories)

  • Service, maintenance, repair, and installation of electro-mechanical systems on vessels and marine equipment

  • Extensive in-house training and certifications to enhance your technical expertise

The candidate:


  • Experience as a Field Service Technician, Service Engineer, or Electro-Mechanical Technician

  • Strong mechanical and electrical background

  • Takes pride in their work, operating with diligence, precision, and care

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
