Are you an experienced Design Engineer with strong gearing design experience, looking to step up into a management position with further progression to VP of Engineering? Are you looking to mould a talented and enthusiastic department of engineers, serving as the technical lead for the company?

This role would suit a Design Engineer or Engineering Manager with experience in gearing design, looking to step up into a management role and develop their career, whilst working on niche, custom-built projects and products.
The Role:
- Managing open gear operations.
- Involvement with procurement, estimating, process planning and project management.
- Resident expert and technical point of contact for all personnel.
The Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of design in the context of gearing and gearboxes.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering required.
- Looking to step up into a leadership and mentorship role.
