Engineering Manager

Are you an Engineering Manager from a Manufacturing background, eager to take charge of a department of 25 highly talented and motivated engineers? Are you looking to put your own stamp on the team, and guide the business, in a crucial role directly reporting to the President?
On offer is a great opportunity to develop your own engineering group, whilst sitting at the table of senior management. You will be making vital management decisions and overseeing multiple departments.
This market-leading organization, design and manufacture bespoke equipment for a diverse array of industries. Due to the retirement of the incumbent engineering manager, they are looking for their next leader to consolidate their best-in-class status, and further grow the business.
You will be responsible for indirectly managing the design engineering staff, overseeing regulatory requirements and driving change and improvements across the engineering personnel, as well as being a point of contact for high-profile customers.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Manufacturing Manager keen to find a highly important position within an exciting in which to make a real impact on a business.
The Role:
- Oversight of design engineering, engineering labs and business operations.
- Managing 7 direct reports and indirectly overseeing 25 engineers.
- Interfacing with high-profile clients and customers.
The Candidate:
- Engineering Management experience from a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
- Eager to take on a role with wide-ranging and crucial responsibilities.
