In this role you will be tasked with developing and managing SMT assembly and Soldering processes, training and overseeing staff in a complex PCB assembly environment. Plan and develop processes for SMT assembly operations. Troubleshoot SMT equipment and resolve quality issues.

The Role
- Developing and managing SMT assembly and Soldering processes.
- Training and overseeing staff in a complex PCB assembly environment.
- Troubleshoot SMT equipment.
- Resolve quality issues.
The Person
- Experience with SurfaceMount Technology.
- Experience with manufacturing of PCB's
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings.
