This further education institute is currently going through tremendous growth, the team you would be going into consists of 4 other permanent lecturers, some of which have recently been through their teacher training to gain their own qualifications. The college want to start running their own programmes, and are going through the process of formulating a brand new construction degree whilst running HVQ's

In this role you will be working towards becoming a qualified lecturer in Engineering with full training being provided. You will be tasked with training apprentices up to levels 1-5 in this topic whilst delivering T-Level courses as well. You will be tasked with delivering this course after having spent your first year training and shadowing the other lecturers unless already qualified.

The ideal candidate is someone who has significant skills and experience working in the Engineering industry with a background in food and drink or Hydraulics & Pneumatics and will have the drive and confidence to be able to transfer their existing knowledge in this trade. You will need to be a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career and develop their skills with the organisation long-term, any and all experience in mentoring and teaching positions is highly desirable.

The role:
* Training apprentices up to levels 1-5 in Engineering
* Delivering T-Level courses in Engineering
* Be trained to become a qualified lecturer

The person:
* Level 4 qualification
* Knowledge of Food and Drink/Pneumatics and Hydraulics industry
* Limited industry experience is acceptable if candidate has a Degree level qualification
* Willingness to become trained up on teacher qualifications for Engineering
