Associate Recruitment Consultant (Sales)

Salary: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 :

OTE: Year 1 $80k-$100k / Year 2 - $150k+

Location: Brickell, Miami

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle/ 360 recruitment role - sales driven role
  • Clients: sales, cold calling, sourcing leads, developing relationships, bringing in clients
  • Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
  • Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle
