Long Island, New York (Commutable from: Smithtown, Huntington, Patchogue, Blue Point, Medford, Riverhead, Ronkonkoma, Hauppauge)

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, attend pre-bid meetings, conduct subcontractor site walk-throughs, and perform take-offs
This role would suit an experienced estimator ready to take the next step in their career, looking for leadership opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact in the construction industry.
The Role:
- Oversee multiple projects from start to finish
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Conduct subcontractor site walk-throughs
The Person:
- Experience in commercial/industrial estimating.
- Strong familiarity with all construction procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of estimating documents and project cost analysis
