Are you an experienced Estimator with Commercial or Industrial experience looking to lead a team within a fast growing division.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with Commercial or Industrial construction background looking to join an industry-leading business in a role where you will be playing a key part on a number of exciting, upcoming projects for highly prestigious clients.

This fast growing Industrial Contractor is looking to expand it's preconstruction team. They work on large projects within the industrial sector for large and prestigious clients. They pride themselves on training, having a culture fit for progression and focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced estimator with a commercial or industrial background looking to lead a division and join a company at a very exciting time.
The Role:
- Managing the bid and take-offs from start to finish
- Coordinates the pre-construction division between sales and estimating to ensure productive and accurate estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs to gain a complete understanding of the project scope
The Person:
- Experience in Commercial or Industrial estimating
- Interpret contractual documents, plans and specifications
- Be able to attend bid meetings and manage the estimating throughout the process of a project
