Estimator (High End Residential)

£50,000 - £60,000 + £5k Car Allowance + Benefits

This well-established construction company specialise in high end residential and commercial builds across Perth. They have an excellent reputation for offering high quality builds and are known as one of the most sought after builders in Scotland. Due to growth and an impressive order book they are looking to recruit an Estimator to join their commercial team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Estimator will be responsible for preparing tenders for both existing clients and new contracts. The candidate will be expected to compare prices and negotiate best rate. The role will be client facing when presenting estimates for projects. The ideal candidate will either have Estimating experience or a desire to move into an Estimator role from a Quantity Surveyor role. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
As an Estimator and construction professional, you will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with strong commercial acumen. Success in this role requires a methodical, planned, and analytical approach to all tasks.
