Facilities Maintenance Technician
(6:00AM - 2:00PM; Days)

$25 - $27 p/h

Are you looking for a stable, long-term role with great hours and a clear path to grow?
Do you want a role that's hands-on, local, and keeps your evenings and weekends free?
This is a steady facility maintenance role covering a very small number of local sites. You'll be responsible for day-to-day upkeep - including basic electrical and plumbing work, general repairs, roofing, and some equipment handling.
You don't need qualifications - just solid maintenance experience and confidence using hand and power tools. Experience with tractors or bobcats is a plus, but not essential.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00AM and always finishing by 2:30PM - maybe even earlier. You'll be fully supported from day one, with side-by-side training in your first couple of weeks and everything you need provided, including tools and a company vehicle.

The Role:
- Carry out general maintenance across multiple local facilities
- Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, and small equipment work
- Use of tools and machinery - all equipment provided
- Work Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00 / 2:30PM.
The Person:
- Practical maintenance experience across a range of trades
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Drivers license required - company vehicle provided
- Looking for a long-term role with progression potential
