Facilities Maintenance Technician
Static Site - Commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Burton-upon-Trent, Loughborough, Leicester, Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield
£28,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + Progression + Training + Work/ Life Balance + Optional Overtime + Pension + Holiday

In this role you will be leading the FM activities for a commercial office block, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, such as fire alarms, heating/ plumbing, ventilation, minor electrical work, and more.
The role would suit a fabric engineer or handyperson who is looking for a static site-based role. Candidates who have more specific FM experience such as electricians, plumbers, gas engineers who are looking to train in other areas are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm
- FM maintenance of an office block
- PPM, reactive maintenance
- Training and progression available
The Person:
- Building maintenance/ fabric engineering/ handyperson experience
- Knowledge of all areas not required as training is provided
- Commutable to Nottingham
