$90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits Package + Bonus Structure + Unlimited PTO + 401k + Progression

In this operations role you will develop a team of electricians through technical excellence in electric and HVAC, run the daily operations - staying organized, and be personable with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
This role would suit an Field Service Manager looking to move up into a senior position within the company and manage the day-day operations, whilst developing new processes and instil technical excellence with the aim of growing the business and themselves.
The Role:
*Lucrative bonus plan + compensation through achieving targets and managing teams
*Run the daily operations through ensuring the teams of electricians have all the tools and supplies needed to carry out panel installations
*Be able to complete permits and report back to company owner
The Person:
*Experienced Senior Electrician or HVAC Engineer
*Supervisory/management experience with a track record of client satisfaction
*Experienced in organizing teams and streamlining processes to ensure success
