Field Service Technician (Bilingual Spanish)

Are you from an Electrical or Mechanical background and speak Spanish and English, looking to join a rapidly growing business offering lots of training and technical development?
On offer is a highly varied role, where you will receive full training to become one of their 'go-to' Field Service Technicians, where you will travel to customer sites and work on state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global specialist, with a growing customer base across North America. They are known for their high retention rate and have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff with dedicated training programs for new starters and continued skill development.
Once fully trained you will primarily be traveling throughout the US, but also covering customer plants in Mexico and Costa Rica. All expenses are paid, including travel time, which means plenty of overtime opportunities to increase your earnings.
This role will suit someone from a mechanical or electrical background, looking to development your skills within a stable and growing business that offers fantastic long term progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Full training at their facility in Charlotte, NC
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and testing of their equipment
- Working on electrical and mechanical systems
- Traveling to customer sites throughout North America
- Plenty of overtime opportunities
- Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week guaranteed (plus overtime on top)
The Person:
- Mechanical / electrical background
- Looking for lots of training and technical development
- Any previous experience within a field or service based role would be advantageous
- Must be able to speak and communicate well in both English and Spanish
