This exciting hybrid opportunity is based in Greater Indianapolis with the company being founded in 2021 and growing rapidly! This position offers limitless growth opportunities both technically and professionally for someone with a passion for Wireless SoC firmware.
As a Firmware Engineer Manager, you play a key role in overseeing the entire embedded software development for next generation wearables, be involved the optimization and growth of your team and drive R&D innovation.

The Person:
*Looking to manage people as well as be technically hands on
*Have a passion for communication / wearables
*Open to a hybrid work schedule in Greater Indianapolis
*Wants to be within an early stage fast paced environment
Preferred Skills:
*Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
*Previously been a lead or Manager of a high functioning R&D team
*Exceptional demonstratable experience within embedded hardware design
*Previously worked on low level interfacing and bare metal software development
