General Manager
€75,000 - €85,000 + Autonomy + Car + Monday to Friday + Training
Kildare (Commutable from: Newbridge, Portlaoise, Athy, Carlow, Tullamore, Naas, Kilkenny, Kilcullen)
Are you a manager from a turf care machinery / agricultural background, looking for a highly autonomous role with a well-established, industry leader where you will play a pivotal role in the companies' growth and success.
On offer is this exciting new role where you have the chance to put your own stamp on the department whilst leading a small team with continuous training throughout your career.
The company are a leading distributor of technical machinery within the agricultural, turf care and irrigation industry. They are well known for their excellent reputation and first-class services.
In this varied and autonomous role, you will manage a team of 10 and oversee all day-to-day operations of the site including import and export distribution, client relationships, and sales and marketing to ensure continuous improvement and help grow the company further.
This would suit someone from a turf care machinery / agricultural or similar background looking to join an expanding and successful business and help mold the site.
The Role:
- Overseeing and managing full day to day operations of the site.
- Managing a team of 10.
- Vehicle provided.
The Person:
- Management experience.
- Knowledge of turf care / agricultural machinery desired.
- Commutable to Kildare.
