$110,000 - $160,000 + Progression + 15% Bonus + Growth by Revenue Bonus + PTO + Medical Package + Insurance
Based in Houston, TX - commutable from Pearland, Deer Park, Sharpstown, Humble, Fresno, Sugarland

Established for 60+ years, this family-owned business has aggressive plans for expansion. They're looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to take charge of their engineering division and propel their growth.
You will be responsible for growing a team of engineers, overseeing the functions of the lab, compiling and certifying all geotechnical reports for clients, re-crafting workflows, streamlining operations and mentoring junior engineers.
This role would suit an experienced Geotechnical Engineer, looking for a pivotal role in management while shaping the future of a growing business.
The Role:
- Managing and building the whole Engineering division
- Opening new markets within as well as out of Texas
- Overseeing reports, laboratory work & scheduling

The Candidate:
- P.E License
- Strong technical background in Geotechnical Engineering
- Previous business development or client facing experience
- Interest in management & mentoring junior engineers, previous experience is a plus
