In this role you will be responsible for taking a project from turnover and seeing it through to completion. Scheduling, budgeting, quotations and procurement are fundamental to success in the role, whilst being able to put shop drawings together is also key.

The Role

  • Maintain budgets, scheduling, procurement and quotations
  • Putting shop drawings together
  • Ensure clear lines of communication with the Owners, Architects, General Contractors and Subcontractors
  • $80,000 - $100,000 + Training + 401(k) + Mileage + PTO + Insurances + Progression

  • Commercial/Multifamily project experience
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience on large scale projects
