This role would suit a recent graduate with a mechanical engineering degree, who is eager to take the next step in their career and contribute to an exciting and well-established organization.
The Role:
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and CAD files.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
The Candidate:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software, with SolidWorks experience preferred.
- A keen interest in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
