Head Driller - Rotary & Geoprobe Experienced
Richmond, VA, commutable from: Petersburg, VA - Hybrid/Remote
$100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Overtime + PE License Obtainable + Progression to Director Level Roles + Expenses Reimbursement + Unlimited PTO + Full Medical + IRA Plan + Pay Per Diem
Are you a Driller with experience in operating Rotary Rigs or Geoprobe looking to join an expanding company offering progression and the chance to gain your PE license?
This is an excellent opportunity to step up on to a Head Driller position earnings through overtime.
This company offer environmental and geotechnical services to the federal government, defence & military sectors, and commercial industries also. Due to rapid growth, they are now looking for an experienced driller to oversee technicians out in the field.
In this role you will be the go-to technical lead in operating rotary drill rigs, provide guidance and oversight for drilling technicians to ensure safety is adhered to, and maintain accurate records of drilling activities - whilst helping with proposals and liaising with clients.

The Role:
- Operate rotary rigs or conduct subsurface investigations through geoprobe
- Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance and oversight in safe drilling operations
- Plenty of overtime and progression available
The Person:
- Licensed Driller or ability to become licensed on the East Coast
- Experienced in rotary rigs or geoprobe in an environmental or geotechnical setting
- Looking to gain PE license and progression to management positions
